Absolutely Worthless!

I recently just moved to Birmingham and called this business to see about possibly scheduling an appointment based off the recommendation of a local. When the owner/manager "Erin" answered the phone and I asked for herself or "Tara" her response was "I'm Erin." and then I said, "Hi Erin, how are you today?" Her cold and hateful response was: "I'm busy and Tara no longer works here. Thank you goodbye." And proceeded to hang up on me. Her blatant disregard for proper business etiquette was disappointing and disguisting. Every single person that I meet in the area will be encouraged by me to NEVER do business here! Absolutely worthless display of professionalism and hopefully sooner than later Ms. Erin can say Ciao bella to her precious salon. Pathetic excuse for a business owner.

I came in a mess and walked out a new woman! They did an exceptional job. I HIGHLY recommend Ciao Bella Salon.
